The Meeting Room is a carpeted space that is mainly used for formal meetings (The Cafe Room is more suitable for informal meetings, or why not hire both if your meeting has formal and informal elements? ).
The Meeting Room has the same comfortable chairs as The Lounge, but is set up for formal meetings around an octagonal table, which seats 14 people (The table can also be set up as a hexagon seating 12 people). Additional chairs can be brought in from The Lounge when required (subject to availability).
It shares tea and coffee making facilities with the other upstairs rooms. Access is via stairs or a wheelchair-friendly lift.

Discount Rate – minimum booking 2 hours. Applies between 4 and 6pm on weekdays, and before 4pm every Saturday (please enquire about available dates).
The Charities Rate applies to registered charities and members of the Bexley Voluntary Service Council.
For regular weekly bookings and for other bookings of 4 hours or more, please ask us for a quote.
