These classes are aimed at helping people in retirement stay fit and active, helping them stay independent. The classes help people with their active daily living so they can continue to do the things they have always done independently. The class helps people with balance, strength, memory and coordination with the use of equipment like weights and resistance bands. The class is for both men and women. It’s a fun class where you can meet new friends. The class is a mixture of seated exercise and some standing. The class is aimed at people of mixed abilities. Please consult your GP prior to joining if you have any pre existing health conditions.
