Geddes Place United Reformed Church’s halls and meeting rooms are available for hire for your conference, event or function. We are located in the centre of Bexleyheath, close to the main shopping centre and Bexley Borough’s municipal offices.
All halls and rooms are available at a special rate for registered charities & Bexley Voluntary Service Council members. Discounts are also available for regular bookings or for one off bookings of 4 hours or more, and at a few specific times during the week (Contact the Premises Steward for further Information 0208 303 5849). There is free wi-fi available throughout the premises.
PLEASE NOTE – the premises are not available for hire for private parties.
The Halls
The Main HallStandard rate £42 per hourThe Main Hall holds up to 60 people seated and has a kitchen. |

The ChurchStandard rate £45 per hourThe Church seats up to 120 people to be seated in conference / theatre style. There is an Audio Visual system. To find out more about hiring The Church, click here. |

The Church and The Main Hall are separated by a folding acoustic room divider and may be hired together at a standard rate of £58 per hour.
The Rooms Upstairs
(Accessed by stairs or by wheelchair-friendly lift)
The Rooms Upstairs all have shared access to tea and coffee making facilities.
The LoungeStandard rate £26 per hourThe Lounge, with its comfortable chairs, can seat up to 25 people, and can be set up in a variety of ways. There is a 50 inch TV to which a laptop may be connected for presentations or used as a TV. To find out more about The Lounge, click here. |

The Meeting RoomStandard rate £22 per hourThe Meeting Room has the same comfortable chairs as The Lounge, but is set up for formal meetings around an octagonal table, which seats 12 people. The Café RoomStandard rate £24 per hourSuitable for informal meetings or for taking refreshments, The Café Room can seat a total of 20 people. To find out more about The Café Room click here |

Facilities
There is a universal toilet downstairs, and upstairs separate ladies and gents toilets and a separate baby change room. All our toilets are twinned. As well as being close to the Bexleyheath town centre car parks, we have our own small car park with 18 spaces.
