Exercise Classes

Are you over 50 and want to exercise every week?

We run classes on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. The aim is to strengthen muscles, improve movement, balance and coordination. Many of the exercises are to music.

We use physiotherapy bands and weights (bring a couple of tins until you buy some!).

On Mondays there are two classes ‘Dancercise’ and ‘Beginners Dancercise’ where the exercise is all dance based. To see more follow this link:

Monday: Dancercise 10am-11am

Monday: Beginners Dancercise  11am-12pm

Friday: Exercise class  10am-11am

The charge per lesson is £3.
