Exercise classes

Our exercise classes will be starting again in the first week of September. The classes are mainly designed for the for the over 50s but everyone is welcome. Why not come along and try our friendly classes where you are assured of a warm welcome. Before Monday’s class have a cup of tea or coffee and relax with friends in our café or after the class on Wednesdays and Fridays. No special clothing is required just come comfortably dressed.

Monday  11.15am – 12.15pm  with Michelle

Wednesday 10am – 11am with Michelle

Friday 10am – 11am with Fay
